It’s time for this year’s gift guide!
This year I’m focusing solely on featuring small shops. Since we happen to run one, we know how important it is to support the lil creative makers. Plus! The money spent in small shops goes directly towards making even more cool things. Also there’s something really special about wearing small-shops merch in the parks. You feel like you’re part of some exclusive club, which you are! But everyone’s invited. ANYWAY go check out these REALLY COOL THINGS!
This is an unbelievably exciting time for us! As you can tell from the title...we opened our very own Disney inspired shop (AHHHHHH!!!).
Opening our own shop is something we’ve wanted to do since before we even started the blog. We all work in different creative industries, but none of us have been in the position where what we made is our idea to begin with. Our careers are usually carrying out someone else’s vision (which is fine! But ya know...sometimes you want to create something from your own brain).
Welcome to Lost Weekender Lockdown! Where Kat and I make fools of ourselves trying to recreate Trader Sam’s Drinks so we can feel something close to magic or happiness again. We started with a recipe for Gorilla Grogg, which is a base used in a few different Trader Sam’s drinks like the Uh Oa or Lost Safari.
